Where DAMAC messages may appear

Android alerts and in-app messages are related but not identical. A phone notification appears outside the app, while a mailbox, activity centre, promotion panel or profile notification is part of the DAMAC interface. If one channel is quiet, check the other rather than repeatedly enabling every permission.

Menu labels vary by release. Start from Home or Profile and look for Notifications, Mailbox, Activity, Gifts or a bell icon only if those entries are visible in your current app.

Turn on Android notifications deliberately

  1. Long-press the DAMAC app icon and open App info, or find the app in Android Settings.
  2. Open Notifications and review the available categories.
  3. Enable only the alert types you want to receive.
  4. Return to DAMAC and check whether the app has a separate notification preference.
  5. Use Do Not Disturb or Android's per-app controls when you want quiet time.

Android names can differ on Samsung, Xiaomi, vivo, OPPO and other devices. The safe pattern stays the same: change settings for this app, not for every app on the phone.

How to review a reward message

A bright banner or mailbox card is an invitation to read more, not proof that every account qualifies. Open the item and check its current date, eligibility, activation step, turnover or usage conditions, expiry and any account restrictions shown in the live interface.

  • Match the message to your logged-in account
  • Read the complete current terms before tapping Confirm or Claim
  • Do not reuse codes or amounts copied from an old poster
  • Never share a password, one-time code or full payment detail
  • Keep a screenshot of the live terms when a time-limited item matters

Keep alerts useful

Useful notifications are timely and understandable. If alerts become distracting, disable the least relevant categories rather than uninstalling the app immediately. Keep account-security alerts on when that option is clearly identified, and avoid following unexpected contact links from screenshots or forwarded messages.
