Download did not finish
Check the connection, browser downloads list, storage and whether Android blocked the source.
Cannot open the file
Confirm the download completed and the file is an actual APK, not an HTML page or renamed archive.
App not installed
Check Android compatibility, free storage and possible package or signer conflicts.
Update is rejected
Compare the package and signing identity with the installed build before taking further action.
Safe troubleshooting order
- Do not keep downloading copies from different sources.
- Confirm the exact DAMAC release you intended to install.
- Remove only the incomplete download, not an existing working app.
- Restart Chrome or the device only when a completed file is not visible.
- Prepare device and error details for a verified support channel.
